Who this is for

You want a language model running on hardware you own — in your office, your studio, your house — and you want it done properly. You do not want to spend three weekends reading quantization threads, benchmarking runtimes, and discovering which model actually fits in your memory after you have already bought the machine.

Typical situations:

• A small firm that wants a private assistant over its own documents, with nothing leaving the building.
• An individual who bought a Mac Studio (or is about to) and wants it earning its keep, not sitting idle as an expensive file server.
• Anyone who has read enough to know what they want, and not enough to enjoy getting there alone.

What an engagement looks like

1. 01
   A short call. What you want the system to do, what hardware you have or are considering, and any constraints — privacy, budget, noise, rack space, the usual. No obligation attached to this conversation.
2. 02
   Hardware guidance. If you have not bought yet, I tell you what to buy and what not to buy, sized to the actual workload rather than the spec-sheet maximum. If you already own the machine, we work with it.
3. 03
   On-site setup. I come to you. The machine gets configured end to end: operating system, runtime, models chosen and quantized to fit that box, a usable interface, and the boring parts — launch scripts, updates, recovery when something goes sideways.
4. 04
   Handover. You get written notes on your specific setup: what is running, why it was chosen, how to restart it, how to swap models, and what to check first when something misbehaves. The goal is that you can run it yourself afterward without me.

This is not a retainer and it is not a subscription. The system is yours when I leave. That is the point of the whole site, applied to your hardware.
